I qualified as a teacher in 2012, with a specialism in teaching numeracy. I have worked mainly in FE, and specialised in teaching GCSE Maths.

I can teach both Foundation and Higher, and to the AQA, Edexcel, and iGCSE specifications.

I have been teaching and training online for 4 years. Tutoring is via zoom and I use a variety of resources during my sessions, these include interactive digital resources that help to make my sessions engaging and fun.

I help my students to build on their basic maths skills. All sessions are personalised to the individual student and we will work on the areas that they identify as being weak. My teaching style helps to build maths confidence in my students. Building confidence has a big impact on students and this is reflected in their exam results.
