With a degree in Forensic Science, 17+ years of teaching experience across many exam boards and 6 years experience as an examiner, I am able to provide a personalised teaching experience tailored to each young person's evolving needs. Having marked hundreds of thousands of student's Science and Chemistry answers over the years as an examiner; more as a classroom teacher; I can pre-empt misconceptions and provide examiner tips to ensure that students can maximise their revision and exam technique.

I encourage students to take an active part in their learning, believing that timely feedback is essential to growth and understanding. I provide students with a wide range of resources and show them transferrable skills to work effectively outside of lessons to maximise their outcomes.

I believe that young people are our future and am passionate about guiding them to succeed in Science; whether they then wish to study it further or so that they can learn to overcome their challenges with the subject and achieve their goals.
