Hello! I have taught secondary English for 18 years. I have been a key stage manager, AQA examiner, and Head of Media Studies in this time. Currently, I teach part-time in a mainstream school which enables me to be up to date with the curriculum requirements and exam grade criteria. I privately tutor students aged 11-18 years of age and offer both day-time and after school sessions. I have enjoyed this part of my secular career for over two years and find is hugely rewarding! I work with all stages of ability and have helped many SEND individuals reach their potential and attain fabulous grades. In addition to my English specialism, I am also a fully qualified Media Studies practitioner.
