I am an experienced GCSE English specialist with over 20 years of teaching and examining experience. For 10 years, I served as Head of English at an outstanding London secondary school, where I led curriculum development and helped students consistently achieve excellent results.

As an experienced AQA examiner, I have an in-depth understanding of the GCSE English Language and English Literature specifications, enabling me to teach students exactly what examiners are looking for. I specialise in preparing students for success in both subjects, building confidence, analytical skills, and exam technique.

I teach all of the key AQA GCSE Literature texts, including Macbeth, A Christmas Carol, An Inspector Calls, and the Power and Conflict Poetry Anthology, as well as supporting students with English Language papers.
